Mr. Kishore Kumar brings over 17 years of experience in real estate project execution and sales management. He oversees construction and sales activities at the Deoghar project, ensuring seamless coordination between development and marketing functions.
With a strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction, he ensures efficient project delivery from execution to final sale. His strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on supervision play a vital role in driving project performance and overall success.

Mr. Mrinal Kumar brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality leadership and hotel operations. He is known for his strong operational expertise and guest-centric approach, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments.

Ar. Anshu Singh brings over 20 years of experience in designing and executing group housing, high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, institutional projects, hotels, and residential developments.
She ensures practical, efficient, and aesthetically sound designs through strong in-house capabilities in architectural planning, structural coordination, and interior design. Her work reflects a focus on functionality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with project requirements and regulations.

Adv. Prafulla Ranjan Tiwary is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 30 years of experience, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. He specializes in complex civil litigation, particularly property disputes.

CA. Vikas Maheshwari is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in audit, taxation, and financial advisory. A B.Com (H) graduate from Delhi University, he holds DISA, an MBA in Finance & International Business, and certification in International Taxation.
He specializes in auditing, direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, and management consultancy, with significant expertise in SEBI and stock exchange compliance for share broking entities.
